That is why we gladly accepted the challenge of becoming a partner in Talentjourney, an Erasmus+ funded project that focuses on building a platform for IoT VET excellence. In collaboration with partners from four European countries (Estonia, Finland, Italy, and Slovenia), we aim to narrow the skill gap in the manufacturing sector by building a collaborative ecosystem where learners will be able to discover their potential and become successful professionals.
With the specific focus on Connectivity Devices and Services/CDS (IoT in smart manufacturing), Talentjourney has the intent to create a digital and innovative environment for Vocational Education and Training (VET) learners across Europe, helping to transform knowledge stocks into knowledge flows.
As a CoVE (Centre of Vocational Excellence), Talentjourney has the aim of driving innovation and excellence in vocational education and training. It will bring together a wide range of local partners to contribute to regional economic and social development, innovation, and smart specialisation strategies.
We recognize the importance of approaching challenges from a different perspective; that is why we decided to extend our long-stand experience beyond the corporate sector. By bringing to the project our strong expertise in Design Leadership and Management, we are contributing to building a platform that is user-oriented, sustainable and relevant; further nurturing the talents today that will drive real innovation tomorrow.
