During mid-September 2019, we hosted our bi-annual PARK + meeting in Hamburg, Germany, where all the PARK team members from across Europe and the USA joined together for project updates, knowledge sharing & team building.

Firstly, we are most excited and super proud to announce we had some new team members joining this (and their first) PARK + meeting. The team was excited to welcome and collaborate with Frank van den Horst and Nina Skarra, our 2 new Sr. Consultants bringing their expertise in Executive Leadership Coaching and Fashion/Sustainability respectively.

Frans Joziasse, founder of PARK, gave the team an inspiring & informative speech about his expectations and the responsibility of PARK as a design leadership consultancy in the industry base on the current scenarios and trends of the design world. He also showcased the future development direction of PARK as well as his personal planning to the whole team.

It was a very exciting week together, learning what team members Andy, James and Steffi have been working on as they presented their work with our clients. We surfaced and discussed many great themes and topics together and learned the key insights from each other’s work.

We also welcomed 2 of our extended partners from Niwaki, a world leading transformational change management consultancy, with roots in the LEAN Enterprise Transformation and The Toyota Way.

As a collective team, we did a workshop about scale & operational efficiency; how to better provide our services to drive value for our clients form all industries across the globe. This included mapping some of our current assets and lead practices, to help create an overview and transparency of all the lead practices we have developed over the past 2 decades.

Lastly, we took time to officially celebrate our anniversary! PARK turned 21 this past spring, finally a real adult. Hope we will achieve more success in the future, create more value to our clients and the whole world, and together have a great time in doing so!
